چکیده
Tissue engineering is a promising strategy for the reconstruction of auricles microtia patients. However, high number cells required successful application these methods. Since only small cell numbers can be isolated from perichondrium, must propagated over several passages in culture. little known about effects culture on perichondrocytes (PCs). In this study, PCs patients were analysed with respect to cellular properties and chondrogenic markers at gene expression protein level. The results obtained compared healthy donors.
